Providing this information will allow you to complete the checkout process quickly and easily.

Where is my order?
To check the status of your order, log in to your account and view the My Orders page. Garnet and Black Traditions also emails you order updates, including tracking information via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list to be sure you receive timely updates.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you have placed an order but need to make a change, we will attempt to make this change. Changes to an order may include: changing delivery address, canceling or changing an item or entire order, adding an item, or changing size and quantity. What is a special event item?
A special event item is an item that commemorates a national championship, conference championship, or other major event where merchandise is not immediately available for shipping. Special event items typically ship within 3-5 business days following an event. Special event items will be denoted by "Special Event Item" phrasing on the product page.
I made a purchase in-store, can I return it via GarnetAndBlackTraditions.com?
At this time we are unable to process in-store returns via GarnetAndBlackTraditions.com. Please visit any Garnet and Black Traditions location to return or exchange your merchandise.

Yes. Orders can be placed over the phone, toll free, at 1-800-537-8072. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in the ordering process.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days for most orders, including orders with expedited shipping. We make every effort to ship expedited orders as soon as possible. Transit time for orders depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Please note: Shipments are scheduled for delivery Monday through Friday only. Next-Day orders placed on a Friday will ship the following Monday. For Saturday delivery options, please contact our customer service team at 800-537-8072. Saturday delivery charges apply and are not eligible for flat-rate shipping. Most shipping providers are closed on major holidays.

Can I ship parts of an order to multiple locations?
At this time we are unable to split orders into multiple shipments. We currently only support one address per order.
Can my order be shipped to an APO/FPO or PO Box?
Yes - orders can be shipped to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Orders shipped to these addresses will be sent via USPS. APO/FPO orders typically take 3-5 weeks to reach their destination. PO Box orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days.
What type of packaging do you use to ship my order?
Garnet and Black Traditions prides itself on top quality packaging to ensure your order arrives safely at your door. Packaging varies by product.

How do I redeem a Garnet and Black Traditions gift card?
To redeem your gift card, please contact our customer support team either before or after you place your order. Our staff will apply the balance of your gift card to the order and refund your payment method the appropriate amount.
